Can I exchange my items?
Items purchased at xuxo.es can be exchanged for another size or model as long as they are in perfect condition and we have stock in the warehouse. Size changes are free. Shipping costs for exchanges for another model will be borne by the buyer.
If you want to change an item, you just have to request it via email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
What is the deadline to make the exchange or return?
You must make the return within 14 days of receiving the products.
What should I do to give the item back?
You can request a return via email to email@example.com stating the reasons for the return. The products must be in perfect condition and present their corresponding packaging.
After verifying all the information and authorizing the return, you can send us the well-protected item at your expense.
We will notify you when we receive it to continue with the return process.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
Returns for defective or wrong items are always free.
Expenses for changing the size of the same model are free.
In other cases, the buyer will assume the costs of the transport company.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account within a maximum period of 72 hours. Remember that the credit card payment always depends on your bank.
What should I do if my refund amount is incorrect?
Contact us and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
xuxo.es reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
